He regularly lectures on EU and competition law and regulation at several institutions including IE University, and publishes papers and contributions in several specialised journals and blogs. Pablo is member of the board of the Spanish Association for the Protection of Competition and the editorial board of Kluwer Law’s World Competition and EU Law Live. Pablo holds Double degree in Law and Business, a master’s degree in European Studies, and a double master’s degree in European Law (LLM) and Economic Analysis from the College of Europe, and several specialisation certificates.
His professional experience includes EU law, competition law and regulation at law firms (Uría Menénez, Slaughter and May and Pérez Llorca) and IT companies (Xiaomi and Amadeus IT Group), and he has completed stays in the Court of Justice of the European Union and the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation.
